Returns Policy

We hope you are pleased with the products you buy from HTS Spares (Holm is a brand of HTS Spares LTD) but, if you do change your mind, you can return your unused product to us in its original condition for a refund within 45 days of delivery to you. For information regarding how to return a product, please see below.

Proof of purchase is required and all products must be undamaged in their original packaging and include all relevant accessories.

The following will be accepted as proof of purchase:

  • Order confirmation
  • Sales invoice

With regret, we are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that have been cut to size, made to measure or mixed to your individual requirements. Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, can not be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly delivered.

If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate.

Your consumer rights are not affected.

 

How to return a product

Free Returns to a HTS Trade Counter

  • You can return an item within 45 days of delivery to you.
  • Contact us by phone or email before returning items to request a Goods Return Note (Return Order Acknowledgement) to enclose with the goods.
  • A product you no longer require can be returned to your nearest HTS Trade Counter. You must bring your order confirmation email or sales invoice and the credit or debit card used for payment or you may be declined a refund.
  • There is no charge for returning products to your local HTS Trade Counter.

Returns via courier

  • You can return an item within 45 days of delivery to you.
  • Contact us by phone or email before sending items back to request a Goods Return Note (Return Order Acknowledgement) to enclose with the goods.
  • Once you have the Goods Return Note, please arrange for the item to be returned to: Returns Department, HTS Spares, Unit 7 Beacon Road, Hereford, HR2 6JF.
  • If you would like help arranging for the product to be returned to us, please contact us for further details. We will charge a fee for this service (the fee will depend on the products returned).

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

  • In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 45 days of it being delivered to you.
  • Contact us by phone or email before sending faulty or damaged items back to request a Goods Return Note (Return Order Acknowledgement) to enclose with the goods.
  • You can return faulty or defective products to your local HTS Trade Counter.
  • Alternatively, we can arrange for the faulty or defective product to be collected. We will collect it at no expense to you and either provide a replacement or process a refund.
